These days, The easiest way to book a taxi is ONLINE.
Easy Steps to make a successful taxi or minibus booking online.
- Our Home page has an instant Quote facility where you can book any vehicle in advance in 60 seconds.
- Write the postcode or address of your ”Pick up” and ”Drop off” locations in their respective fields. System will display all possible matches.
- Choose your address from the list and click QUOTE NOW.
- You also have an option to add a Via in your journeys if needed by clicking ”Add Via +” Button. You can have upto 5 via locations in one journey.
- After clicking on Quote Now, quote engine will display the fares for the full fleet. Here you choose the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and their luggage. At this stage, you can also choose where you need to book a single or return journey.
- In the next steps, You will be asked to add any extras like Child seats etc. Click Continue to the the Transfer info Page where you will enter all passenger and travel info.
- System will now show you a summary of all the information you have entered. Kindly read it carefully, Accept Terms and Conditions and choose one of the two options. PAY NOW OR PAY ON DAY.
- PAY ON DAY bookings can be paid directly to the driver in form of cash or credit card via our card terminals.
- PAY NOW will take you to our upto 256-Bit Secure Payment page, where you can enter your card details securely.
- Once a booking has been successful, you will receive few emails:
- Booking Confirmation Email with all the details about your journey. This will also have your Booking Ref No.
- Payment Confirmation Email, if you have chosen the PAY NOW option and your payment has been processed successfully.
- Invoice Email. Your invoice will be emailed to you after the completion of the journey.
These emails will have all the contact information you might need, should you need to contact us regarding your booking.
